There will be a new Qi Gong course for the 2015 winter session.
It will be made up of a 16-movement routine called Wang Ji Wu, “The 16 Longevity Exercises.” It’s a simple but effective serie of exercices that allows good physical and energetic fitness.

A Qi Gong course lasts an average of 45 minutes and allows one to explore, practice and learn a series of exercises suited to each person’s constitution. Qi Gong offers simple and effective routines to people of all ages. Taught in a preventive or healing manner, it fosters psychological and spiritual health.
